For my video project me and partner Flynn Bluest thought it would be cool to have our own cypher. Inspired by the B.E.T cypher featuring Good Music Group, the cypher is a group of musicians putting music and poetry together making a beautiful art.

Electronics in the audiovisual world...

The electronic I decide to choose is the mobile phone. From what I can remember mobile phones was invented off the idea of stationary phones. But Martin Cooper, the creator of this technology actually got the inspiration from captain Kirk's gold cell phone in Star Trek

Opera...

When searching for an opera I definitely had to make sure I found one that caught my attention, especially being new to the sound. The opera I decided to base my game on is the “Aida” composed by Giuseppe Verdi. With my roots coming from Egypt I felt it was a good choice. Verdi originally wrote this opera for the opening of a new opera house in Cairo, Egypt. Also I felt the story behind it was very interesting!
